先日「題名のない音楽会」の収録で、兵庫県立芸術文化センターに行ってきた。
ここは兵庫県と日建設計の設計により阪神大震災から10年に当たる、2005年に竣工した。
施設は主にコンクリート、木、そしてガラスの三つの材料で構成されている。
コンクリートは石のような表情を見せており、言うなれば石と木といった、人間にとって伝統的な建築材料によって構成されている空間は、快適な居心地と、確かなものに囲まれている安心感、安定感に満ちていた。
人間の心には楽しみもあれば、怒り、哀しみだってある。しかしコンサートといった類のものに行くと、ポジティブなものはもちろん、ネガティブなものでさえ、それを楽しもうという、人間の良い部分が空間に満ちているように感じる。
自分もそんな時間を生み出すことに少しでも関われれば、と思って仕事をしている。
演奏は佐渡裕氏率いる兵庫芸術文化センター管弦楽団と、ジャズピアニストの山下洋輔氏であった。
佐渡氏と山下氏、優しい熊と、楽しそうにしている小動物の様なお二人であったが遠くからでもその溢れ出る魅力が伝わってくるお二人であった。

おいしい料理を作るためにはおいしい料理を知らないといけない。そのための大事な時間をすごさせてもらったと思う。
神戸は幸い日本のジャズ発祥の地ということもあり、近所にはジャズバーがたくさんあるし、ジャズイベントも多い。
もっともっと音楽、そしてそれがつくり出す空間を楽しみに行きたいと思う。

We went to Hyogo performing arts center to listen to the concert.
This prefectural concert hall has built in 2005, 10 years after the “Hanshin Awaji earthquake disaster”, designed by Nikken sekkei & Hyogo prefecture.
The architecture is consist of 3 major materials. Concrete, wood and glass.
Since the concrete treated like a stone in this architecture, those traditional materials, “Stone” and wood create comfortable atmosphere and sense of stability that provides us a sense of security.
There are delights, angers and sorrows in our heart, but I feel the space is filled with natural will of people that enjoying positive matters, and even those negative matters, once we get in to the space.
We wish to create some kind of sense like so through our works.
The players are Hyogo performing arts orchestra which is composed by Yutaka Sado, and Yosuke Yamashita, the leading Jazz pianist in Japan.
Yutaka Sado & Yosuke Yamashita, they are just like kind and big-hearted bear & merrily small animals, and could recognize their charms even from a distance in a huge concert hall.

Just like “One must taste good dish to cook it.”, we could spend a wonderful time to create it.
Fortunately, Kobe, where we live and work has lot of Jazz club and concert event through the year since here is the origin of Japanese Jazz culture.
We’d like to visit and enjoy the time and space which music and people create.
